QUOSA has responded to and fixed the problems we've been experiencing with retrieving articles using the PubMed Treadwell channel, but it requires a software update to resolve.
If you're a QUOSA for PC user, check to see that you're on version 8.07.035 (go to Help > About QUOSA Information Manager). If not, leave QUOSA open and it will update automatically (usually within 15 minutes). If you wish to force the update, go to http://quosa.com/downloads and re-download the software (it will simply replace your old version without affecting any of your files/folders).
I believe this affected only PC users, but if you're a QUOSA for Mac user and you're having similar issues, please email me at dmccloskey@partners.org.
